Dennis W. Mattingly

Bryant Law Office was established in 1975 and has been serving the residents of Clinton and the surrounding counties in all areas of the law since that time. Bryant Law Office is conveniently located at 21 N. South Street downtown Wilmington.

Born in Cincinnati and raised in Clinton County, Ohio. Graduated Clinton Massie High School in 1969, Cumberland College in 1976, University of Tennessee in 1978 and Salmon P. Chase Law School (Northern Kentucky University) in 1983. Prior to law school, he was an Associate Professor of Psychology at Cumberland College where he taught courses in learning theory, psychology of children, and perception. While attending law school, he taught in the Psychology Department at Northern Kentucky University.

He has practiced law since 1983 and was a domestic relations Magistrate for fourteen years. He is licensed in Ohio, the United States District Court, and Washington D.C. He is a member of the Clinton, Ohio and Washington D.C. Bar Associations, American Bar Association, National Association of Community Mediation, Ohio Mediation Association, American Psychological Association, and a past member of the Ohio Association of Magistrates and Ohio Domestic Relations Judges Association. He is also a past member of the Clinton County Board of Health and has served as a guardian ad litem for the Clinton, Highland and Greene County Common Pleas Courts.

He is a Trustee for Clinton Memorial Regional Health System and is a frequent speaker to various professional groups and has authored numerous articles in legal and psychology publications.
